Membership Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to our community! All members must adhere to the following rules and guidelines to ensure a positive, professional, and collaborative environment. These policies are designed to protect the integrity of our group, foster meaningful engagement, and maintain a space where everyone can thrive. You agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a respectful and supportive community by joining.

Membership Eligibility & Requirements
- Members must be at least 18 years old.
- Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
- Members must agree to abide by all rules, policies, and bylaws before joining.
- Members must update their contact information regularly.
- Membership may be revoked if false information is provided during the application.
Membership Payments & Refunds
- Membership dues must be paid on time to maintain active status.
- There will be no refunds after the 10th of the month.
- Depending on the group’s policy, refunds may or may not be provided.
- No refund will be granted if a member is removed due to a violation of the group’s policies.
- Members who cancel their annual membership within 10 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of $25.00.
- Members are eligible for a prorated refund on an annual membership payment, calculated based on the number of remaining months in the membership year.
Code of Conduct & Community Behavior
- Members must treat each other with respect and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Members must adhere to the organization’s core values and mission.
- Participation in discussions, events, or group activities is encouraged.
- Members should contribute positively to the community.
- Violations of rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
- Repeated misconduct or unethical behavior leads to immediate removal.
- Members have the right to appeal termination decisions under certain conditions.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- Confidentiality must be maintained for internal discussions and shared resources.
- Private discussions and shared content must remain within the group.
- The personal data of members must not be misused or shared without consent.
- Members must not take unauthorized recordings, screenshots, or copies of private discussions.
- Members cannot share confidential or proprietary group information.
- Violation of privacy policies may result in immediate termination.
Promotion & Advertising Restrictions
- Members cannot promote their services/products.
- No unauthorized solicitation or direct selling to other members.
- Sponsored or promotional posts are not allowed.
- No self-promotion or spam in group discussions unless explicitly allowed.
Intellectual Property & Branding
- Members cannot use the group’s name, logo, or branding without permission.
- The group’s materials, courses, or resources are for members only.
- Members must obtain written consent before using the group’s intellectual property.
- Members representing the group online must do so professionally.
- Posting harmful, defamatory, or misleading information about the group is prohibited.
Administrative Authority & Rule Changes
- The organization reserves the right to modify rules and policies.
- Members will be notified of any significant changes to membership policies.
- Members may provide feedback on rule changes but must comply with final decisions.
- Admins reserve the right to moderate posts, comments, or discussions.
Leadership & Governance
- Members interested in leadership roles must meet eligibility requirements.
- Leaders must act in the best interests of the organization and its members.
- Leadership roles may have term limits and election procedures.
